What is a customized plan?

It is the one we carry out taking into account variables such as schedules, geography, infrastructure, budget, company profile and sector, as well as adapting to each internal department. Based on the needs that arise, we design a training plan tailored to your needs.

Does Chalmore operate nationwide or only in Madrid?

We carry out projects at local, national and international level.

How is a training plan developed?

In order to offer you the best plan, we carry out an initial language audit of your company. With this information, our team creates a project adapted to each group with different formats and learning methodologies. Your team will always have the best service to suit your needs.

What are the Company Language Certificates about?

These are certificates based on linguistic audits that measure the level of the company and how prepared it is in a specific language. Three levels are possible: “A” if the evaluation exceeds 90%, “B” if the score is between 70 and 89%, and “C” if it is between 50 and 69%.

What is corporate cohesion?

Corporate cohesion is the way working relationships function within a company. Chalmore’s projects are always focused on fostering it, creating new relationships and fostering existing ones.

Is this service within FUNDAE?

Yes, since 2008, Chalmore is recognized as a training center and organizing entity of FUNDAE. In addition, we take care of reducing the paperwork for your Human Resources team.

How is the training provided?

We believe in a tailored service rather than locking ourselves to a specific method because everyone learns differently. With Chalmore you will have your service and a teacher who will deliver the training in the most convenient way for your staff.

How many languages are taught?

Due to the current demand, most of our staff are English teachers, however, we also have teachers of Italian, Portuguese, Spanish for foreigners, German, French, Chinese, Japanese, Catalan, etc. If in any case we do not have the language you require, we select and train new teachers adapting it to your plan.

Faculty level?

All our teachers are native speakers and are trained in teaching in their own language. In addition, they receive continuous internal training, and have the best materials and follow-up to adapt to each training plan.
